Our average delivery time is 3 business days using the "Standard Shipping" option.  Please contact us if you need an exact time estimation prior to placing your order.  All orders arrive within 1-6 business days after shipment. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio items being shipped to west coast take 4-6 days. 

If "standard shipping" is selected at checkout, your order will usually ship via UPS Ground delivery speed and arrive within 1-6 business days. 

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

All orders shipping to and Apartment, Condo or Multi Unit will require Adult signature.

We currently ship to the continental United States.  We're sorry, but we can not currently ship to any international country (including Canada) or other United States territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands.  We do not ship to any address that UPS can not deliver to.  This includes APO and PO Box addresses

Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed and take 1 to 6 business days to reach their destination.  Our order cutoff time is 10AM Eastern Daylight time zone.  Please note that this is the cutoff time for us to receive the order. In the event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day.
