Locate the old laptop, desktop, or device and any accessories you are returning/ recycling.

For all devices use the boxes and packaging sent for the return.

Package the old device in the new box or the large outside box. For any items that don't fit place them securely in any box using ALL the packaging to secure the item(s).

Reminder to include all accessories. For laptops send the AC adapter and docks.

Use all the packaging supplied to secure the old device(s).

Fill out the bottom of the instruction sheet. Include this inside the box. Remove the tape and return UPS label before sealing the box.

Place the old device, any old docks and accessories inside the big box. Use all the packing material to secure the items. Use the tape provided to tape the outside box closed. Reminder to make sure the UPS label is not in the box when you tape it closed.

Place the UPS label on the outside box COVERING ALL THE OLD SHIPPING LABELS.

Place the box at your shipping area. Have UPS take the package next time they visit your location.

Please use the larger outside box and all the packing materials, along with old boxes to secure the items. Tape the box closed with tape provided. Finally cover all old shipping labels and place the UPS return label on the outside of the box.
